This website is designed to provide information about therapy, coaching, and consultation services. It is not a substitute for mental health care.

2. Therapy Relationship

Reaching out through this website, email, or phone does not establish a therapy relationship. A client relationship begins only after:

  • Intake paperwork is completed

  • We mutually agree to move forward

  • A session is scheduled

3. Not for Emergencies

This website is not intended for urgent or emergency situations.

If you are in crisis, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

4. Scheduling & Payments

  • Payment is required prior to sessions unless otherwise arranged

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours’ notice

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions may be charged in full
