Payment Methods
I accept credit cards, cash, and checks as forms of payment. All payments are due in full before the start of your appointment.
For first-time clients, payment must be made at least 24 hours before your initial session.
For your convenience, you may use the online payment portal to securely submit payment anytime.
insurance
I am considered an out-of-network provider for PPO plans.
When using insurance, your provider typically determines when and how long you can receive care — which may not always align with your personal needs.
Paying out-of-pocket allows you to retain full control of your treatment, ensuring privacy and flexibility.
If you would like to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement, I’m happy to provide a monthly statement (superbill) for submission to your insurance company. *Please let me know if this is something you will need.
Cancellation policy
All appointment cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur the full session fee.
*Weekend sessions must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance.

Sessions are available in my Newport Beach office and through a HIPAA-compliant online platform (Doxy.me).
