I use several evidence-based approaches to bring you relief and peace as quickly as possible, and empower you for long term happiness. I focus on a holistic approach, reestablishing balance with both your mind and body. I do this by incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and meditation practices.

In my 20+ years of treating anxiety, I have used these methods with tremendous success, allowing my clients to go on to enjoy balanced, peaceful and fulfilling lives.
