It’s a collaborative, forward-focused space designed to support clarity, decision-making, and intentional movement, without clinical treatment or mental health diagnosis.

I offer coaching for both clinicians and individuals who are looking for guidance, perspective, and support navigating growth, transitions, or next steps — in a way that feels grounded, ethical, and aligned.

This work is thoughtful, structured, and responsive, and is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with intention.


Clinician Coaching

Created to support therapists and clinicians who want support in building a practice that feels sustainable.

 

This option is designed for clinicians who are:

  • Building or refining a private practice

  • Navigating burnout, boundaries, or capacity

  • Feeling stuck around growth, direction, or decision-making

  • Wanting guidance without supervision or therapy

Clinician coaching can support:

  • Practice setup and refinement

  • Values-aligned decision making

  • Boundaries and workload sustainability

  • Long-term growth without overextension

This is not supervision and not therapy; it’s a collaborative coaching relationship focused on clarity, perspective, and practical support.


Individual Coaching

Coaching for individuals who don’t need therapy, but want guidance, perspective, and support.

 

This option is for people who:

  • Are navigating transitions, decisions, or periods of change

  • Want accountability and clarity without clinical treatment

  • Feel stuck, overthinking, or unsure about next steps

  • Are seeking intentional support rather than symptom treatment

Individual coaching may support:

  • Decision-making and clarity

  • Reconnecting with values and priorities

  • Navigating life transitions with intention

  • Moving forward without pressure or urgency

Coaching is future-focused and collaborative — designed to help you gain perspective and move forward with greater confidence and alignment.


Is Coaching the Right Fit?

Coaching is not therapy and does not involve mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.

Coaching may not be appropriate if you are:

  • Experiencing acute mental health symptoms

  • In crisis or requiring clinical support

  • Seeking diagnosis or therapeutic treatment

If therapy would be a better fit, I’m always happy to help guide you toward appropriate resources.

Coaching Sessions & Pricing

Coaching is offered in 60-minute sessions and is available virtually.

  • Single Coaching Session (60 minutes): $265

For members of OC Shrinks, a multi-session option is available:

  • OC Shrinks Member Package:
    Purchase 3 coaching sessions and receive 1 additional session at no cost (4 total sessions)

This package is available exclusively to current OC Shrinks members and is designed to support deeper, more sustained work over time. OC Shrinks membership status is verified prior to scheduling the complimentary session.

All coaching sessions are private-pay and non-clinical.
